Veal mince, egg, breadcrumbs, sauteed onion & garlic, cumin, paprika,
fresh parsley, Woostershire, tomato sauce and mustard. Mix to a moist
consistency and form into a loaf.
Coat in a thin 'glaze' of tomato sauce, then bake at 175 for about
50mins
