Moroccan lamb shanks with couscous

Can't remember if I have already posted this recipe, but it's a
goodie. Cooked until it was really falling off the bone!

Spices and flavourings are the usual suspects: cumin, coriander,
cinnamon, allspice, garlic, ginger, chilli paste and lemon zest. Cook
in some stock and a can of tomatoes until really tender.
